It's simple and of course easy and cheap
Just put a ribbon on it. You can buy a ribbon pin or just take it from stuff that you don't like anymore.
I choose my ribbon headband which is I seldom wear it.
Detached ribbon from the headband
Put a pin at the bottom part of the ribbon 
Then, put it on your hat
